Information we collect
Depending on how you use Bintera Deals, we may collect:
- account details such as your name, email address, and authentication identifiers;
- cash-back activity, referral codes, balances, payout status, and related transaction records;
- offer views, clicks, coupon activity, merchant visits, attribution data, and purchase or reversal information reported by affiliate partners;
- device, browser, IP address, cookie, diagnostic, and security information; and
- information you include in support requests or optional marketing sign-ups.
Merchants, affiliate networks, authentication providers, and payment providers may give us information needed to attribute a transaction, operate your account, or process a payout.
How we use information
- provide, personalize, secure, and improve the service;
- track eligible purchases and calculate, confirm, reverse, or pay cash back;
- prevent duplicate claims, fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- answer support requests and send service notices;
- measure offer and campaign performance; and
- meet legal, tax, accounting, and contractual obligations.
How information is shared
We may share relevant information with affiliate networks and merchants for offer attribution, with payment providers such as Stripe for payout onboarding and transfers, and with hosting, authentication, analytics, communications, fraud prevention, and professional service providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a corporate transaction.
Affiliate tracking can involve identifiers shared across Bintera, a network, and a merchant. Those third parties have their own privacy practices.
Cookies and choices
Cookies and similar technologies may keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the service, measure performance, and attribute an offer. Blocking them may prevent a purchase from tracking and may make cash back ineligible. Where required, we will request consent before using optional technologies.
Email and SMS
If you opt in to marketing email, you may unsubscribe using the link in a message or by contacting us. If Bintera launches promotional SMS, enrollment will require a separate consent flow stating the sender, message purpose, expected frequency, carrier-rate notice, and how to opt out. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase. You will be able to reply STOP to end promotional texts and HELP for help.
Retention, security, and children
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including dispute, fraud, tax, accounting, and legal needs. We use safeguards designed to protect information, but no system is completely secure. Bintera Deals is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Cash-back accounts and payouts are limited to users 18 or older.
Your choices and policy changes
You may ask to access, correct, or delete account information, or object to certain uses through the contact form. Rights vary by location and may be subject to verification and legal exceptions. We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the revised date on this page.
