Agreement and eligibility
These Terms are an agreement between you and Bintera Deals. By using Bintera Deals, you agree to them. You must be at least 18 years old to create a cash-back account or receive a payout. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Offers and third-party merchants
Coupons, prices, availability, eligibility, merchant terms, and expiration dates are controlled by third parties and can change without notice. Confirm an offer and its restrictions with the merchant before purchasing. Bintera is not the seller of a merchant's goods or services and is not responsible for fulfillment, returns, warranties, product claims, or merchant conduct.
Affiliate links and cash back
Some links are affiliate links. If a qualifying purchase tracks and is confirmed, Bintera may receive a commission and may share a stated portion with an eligible user as cash back. Cash back is not earned when you click; it remains pending until the merchant or network confirms the transaction.
- returns, cancellations, chargebacks, duplicate orders, excluded items, or suspected abuse may cause a reward to be denied or reversed;
- ad blockers, disabled cookies, other coupon extensions, switching devices, or leaving the tracked link can prevent attribution;
- merchant and network reporting controls the qualifying amount and final status; and
- payout availability, minimums, methods, timing, and fees will be shown in the user portal before a payout request.
You are responsible for any taxes associated with rewards. We may correct balance errors and delay a payout while investigating a dispute, fraud signal, or reporting discrepancy.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account information accurate and protect access to your account. You may not create duplicate or deceptive accounts; manipulate tracking; submit fabricated claims; use bots or scraping that burdens the service; interfere with security; impersonate another person; or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, partners, or Bintera.
Communications
We may send service messages about your account, security, transactions, or payouts. Marketing email or SMS is optional and subject to the consent and opt-out choices presented at enrollment. You may withdraw marketing consent without closing your account.
Service changes and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, merchant participation, offer accuracy, savings, attribution, or earnings. We may modify or discontinue features and may update these Terms by posting a revised version.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bintera Deals will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, savings, or rewards arising from the service or a third-party merchant. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
